Dear CBM-Project Amazon Partners and Friends, November, 2020
We are now back home in Goiânia after two weeks in the Amazon. The situation in the villages is much better and we will begin our boat trips again in February. We visited a few villages and were able to distribute some needed meds to families. There were very few with the COVID-19 virus but they are in need of a visit from the medical boat since for most of the villages it has now been over a year without our helping them with meds.
The entire crew is ready as is the boat for the Amazon Boat trips. Sanderley has recovered from his surgery and is ready to go! Please keep us and those coming for trips in 2021 in your prayers.
During this October visit we were able to see the new church building at Mocumbo and also Daniel’s house that were built during these past few months. We also stopped at Buçusal for a visit with Ronaldo and to see the concentrated juice factory. It was on hold these last few months and will be inaugurated in 2021 during one of the boat trips. Ronaldo was able to build one of two houses for his disciples that will be helping him with both the juice factory and the mission work in various villages that he is responsible for.
The Greenhouse is in full production and growing under the leadership of two families from the São Sebastião Church. We are now providing vegetables for the hospital in São Sebastião.
Individuals continue to be reached for Christ in the towns and villages where we have Project Amazon preachers and missionaries.
We will be in the U.S. from November 6 – January 20 visiting a few churches and also participating in our annual CBM Trustees’ meeting.
Please observe the attached page of photos and the Prayer Requests page.
We depend upon His guidance and blessings and upon your prayers and partnership.
With Many Thanks,
Earl, Ruth Anne and Project Amazon Missionary Team
