....How would you like to share in a “Amazon Mission/Fishing Adventure Trip?” That is what our CBM Ministry makes possible each year during the month of October.

....First of all you will be able to visit two or three of the villages where we are ministering with the boat and starting new churches. The trip include a weekend visit here to Goiania where we live and a visit to our camp and some of our churches here in the city. You will also find yourself fishing along the tributaries of the world’s largest river, in the midst of the world’s largest rainforest. The fish to be caught are some of the world’s hardest fighting! Amazon waters also offer incredible beauty and the opportunity to test your skills against freshwater fishing’s greatest and most popular challenges: the Peacock Bass!

....The Central Brazil Mission’s Francis & Anne boat which is used almost every month for our “Amazon Project: Christ, Life and Health” ministry will be our dwelling place during the fishing trip. The Francis & Anne is 60 feet long and 15 feet wide with three decks. All 7 cabins have semi-air conditioning with twin (bunk-style) beds. The boat has three bath/showers and the water for the showers is not heated but is not exactly cold either – a great way to get refreshed after a fishing adventure in the Amazon heat. The middle deck has a dining room/lounge area where delicious buffet-style meals will be served. The upper deck has ample covered and uncovered areas for relaxation and superb views of the river and jungle. The decks also provide space for those who may want to night fish after dinner for catfish! The Francis & Anne carries smaller boats with outboard motors (one boat per three anglers) for fishing and shore excursions.

The price for trip is about $ 2,500.00
And that includes all expenses while in Brazil as well as air fare from Miami to Brazil and back.
